Aqua Marine specialises in the registration of super yachts and luxury vessels of all types under various ship registries. It also assists and supports owners in all related technical and administrative matters before and after the registration process.
Our team works with a number of port facilities and governmental organisations to achieve regulatory compliance and best management practices in the marine sectors. Through ongoing relationships with industry trade groups, vessel operators, flag state administrations, and classification societies we have developed expertise that can make a difference for you.

It also assists and supports owners in all related technical and administrative matters before, during and after the registration process, including Crew Payroll and Safety Management.

Mr Al Saud brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to Aqua Marine having significant experience in the Superyacht and Aviation industries. He has acted as an adviser to the Board of Aqua Marine since 2020 on the development and expansion of the marine business.

Tim has extensive experience in insurance and his work with owner managed businesses has given him an expertise that Aqua Marine relies on to drive in further value for our families and clients. Tim provides critical safety management as the Deputy DPA on a number of Superyachts and has recently completed his RYA Intermediate Powerboat qualification.
Adrian Gusman

Adrian joined Aqua Marine in 2023. Based in Malta, Adrian has a wealth of some 20+ years in the yachting industry, working both onboard and in yacht production and maritime education. He is the Company Security Officer (CSO) and Desgnated Person Ashore (DPA) for Aqua Marine.

Alan joined Aqua Marine in 2021 having worked previously as a Captain with a commercial airline. He is a qualified ISM Internal Auditor and DPA and also holds an RYA Intermediate Powerboat certification. Alan works on key new build projects and also works closely with Adrian as the Deputy DPA and Deputy CSO.

Sally has valuable experience having worked for Virgin Atlantic Cabin Crew. Sally joined the Aqua Marine team in 2021 and assists in providing organisational support to Board as well as heading up the HR department. Sally works closely with the Malta office supporting Crew Management, Charter Management and MLC compliance.
